our story

The story of The Grid begins when Paul, a US Navy veteran, and Tiffany, a local Fallon school teacher, met and fell in love.

As Paul prepared his transition into civilian life after 24 years in the Navy, he and Tiffany developed a shared a passion for creating an inviting establishment that provides locals and military visitors with delicious food and drinks in a relaxed atmosphere.

The meaning behind the name:

11s ld 446 708.

Drawing on Paul's military background, "The Grid" was named after the military grid reference system. The idea behind The Grid was to create a space where locals and the visiting military community could feel welcome.

“For a veteran-owned brewpub like "The Grid", the military grid reference system is a fitting name as it represents the precision and attention to detail that is ingrained in military culture.”
